Taekwon-Do

Programs

Taekwon-do is a very systematic martial art from Korea that involves head-height kicks, spinning, jumping, and fast kicking techniques. Taekwon-do uses a belt ranking system to set and achieve certain goals. Students, no matter the program, begin as white belts and progress up the ranks towards black belt, with new challenges accompanying each belt along the way.

The classes at Guardian Taekon-do are designed to match your age, skill level and preferences to give you the best training possible with caring, dedicated instructors.

We have Taekwon-do programs designed for all levels and ages. Learn more about what each has to offer!

Taekwon-Do
(Ages 8+)

An all-ages class (generally ages 8+), with all belt and fitness levels welcome to attend. Train individually or alongside your family, as all ages and levels are encouraged.

Lil' Guardians
Taekwon-Do

A specialized children’s class, developed for ages approximately 4-8 years (depending on maturity and social skills).
